The CPD Standards Office has an established presence across the MENA region, supported by a dedicated regional team. This provides organisations with personalised, locally informed guidance, combining the reach and recognition of a global accreditation service with dedicated support on the ground.

We have a dedicated team, including Aref Alabed as General Manager and Shaden Al Hyari our MENA Advisor.

Success Stories & Accreditation Ceremonies

This section showcases some of our valued accredited providers and highlights key moments from accreditation ceremonies, conferences, and regional events.

CPD and Its Relevance to MENA Training Providers

In the MENA region, CPD is becoming increasingly important as countries invest heavily in workforce development, localisation policies, and alignment with international best practices. Government initiatives such as Saudi Vision 2030, the UAE's National Strategy for Higher Education, and Qatar's National Development Strategy highlight the strategic role of lifelong learning and professional training.

For MENA-based training providers, aligning courses with recognised CPD frameworks enhances credibility, helps meet client procurement standards, and ensures compliance with sector-specific regulations.

Offering CPD-certified programmes can also serve as a key differentiator in a competitive market, especially when tendering for government contracts or large corporate clients. Therefore, understanding regional CPD requirements and integrating them into training design is not just a value-add, but increasingly, a necessity.

Why CPD Matters for Trainers and Coaches

For trainers and coaches, CPD is a commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. It ensures they keep their knowledge, skills, and approaches up to date, enabling them to deliver high-quality learning and coaching experiences that meet the evolving needs of individuals and organisations.

Through ongoing professional development, trainers and coaches can stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, evidence-based practices, and innovative learning methodologies. This not only enhances the quality of their programmes but also enables them to provide greater value to their clients and learners.

Engaging in CPD also strengthens professional credibility and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining recognised standards of practice. As organisations increasingly seek qualified and trusted learning professionals, CPD helps trainers and coaches differentiate themselves, build stronger client relationships, and enhance their reputation within the industry.

Ultimately, CPD empowers trainers and coaches to inspire meaningful growth, improve learner and client outcomes, and confidently support individuals and organisations in achieving their professional and personal development goals
