In this workshop, we will be taking a fresh look at marketing and not just considering and discussing what it actually is but how it needs to connect. With advances in technology and so much healthy conversation around topics like brand, strategy, analytics, search engines, content, it can get quite complex for some business owners who want to have a plan to work to that is not only manageable but effective. Equally for those more established organisations who have traction with marketing, there are so many external influences that the need to often re-group, re-position or re-invent can come around on a regular basis.
By turning things on their head and putting the “why” question out there early, we are saving heaps of time, effort, resource and money. This is all about ensuring purpose in our marketing planning so we are focused on the end results – success, growth…. profitability.
How to get there is the fun bit! So, in this session we introduce marketing as a process – by that we mean an intricate set of threads that when consistently brought together will create a solid marketing machine in a business and drive results.
We feature an exciting concept and invite you to look at your business like a button and how that represents four key profile areas, your clients, your prospects, your offering and your communication.
The purpose is how they connect, what they represent and how that translates into essential commercial objectives.
To add purpose and drive results, you need a plan, we have one so come along and find out more!
