Founded in 2009, Clouds End CIC was the first social enterprise in the UK to work with people who have hoarding behaviours. They also pioneered the first Hoarding Awareness Training Course.

Our past clients include Housing Providers, Local Authority, NHS, GP Practices, Fire & Rescue Services, Social Care & Charities who offer 121 support.

Their remit is to raise awareness through education, mentoring, sharing best practice and one to one working.

They encourage understanding and innovation in finding solutions for those who have hoarding issues and their trainers’ knowledge comes from actual practical work with many years of experience.

Their Supportive Intervention approach to multi-agency working underpins a strength-based approach; by embedding how to think and work successfully within a multi-agency team, how to harness strengths and weaknesses whilst ensuring there is a person-centred approach is adopted.
