Community Works have expertise in working alongside local communities to strengthen local voices, improve people’s lives and create better places to live. Their purpose is to bring together resources, insight and people so that communities can thrive.

They are passionate about empowering communities where local people are at the centre of change.

They have worked to develop a range of courses for a wide variety of people who work with communities e.g. those in local authorities, housing associations, health and the voluntary sector.  These were initially developed with the Community Development Foundation and are now being delivered by Community Works Training.
