Fertility Matters At Work exists to educate and inspire people-orientated businesses across all sectors and of all sizes, with an awareness of how fertility issues impact both their employees and their organisation.
Founded in 2020 by three women, all former fertility patients with, over 35 years combined HR experience and all with personal experience of balancing multiple rounds of fertility treatment whilst working.
By increasing awareness and usualising the conversation around reproductive health we exist to create a workplace culture that enables businesses to attract and retain their top talent, whilst we guide them in becoming fertility friendly accredited.

All our learning programmes are for line managers and employees with the aim to educate and raise awareness about the realities, complexities, and sensitivities of needing fertility treatment to help build a family.
