A learning construct is the understanding or knowledge we create through our own experience. What we learn is arguably always the fruit of our experience and our perception of it. So our courses always try to focus on using information and knowledge to do something. The doing is what helps us learn.

We also make sure that our learning mirrors how people learn – and how they want to learn – today. We have hierarchies of information and adaptive learning pathways to suit different needs and interests, and exploratory activities outside the course ‘container’ to link not just with the workplace but the world outside.

And once you realise that experience ‘constructs’┬álearning, you try very hard to make that experience a positive one. So we hope you find our courses and learning designs not only useful, but enjoyable…
