Membership Engagement Services (MES) started life in 2006, specialising in helping NHS Foundation Trusts manage and work with their memberships.
In 2016, MES works with over 180 health organisations, including both aspirant and authorised Foundation Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Commissioning Support Units and Healthwatches. We help them engage with and involve their patients, communities, members and staff.
Good engagement is also a challenge outside of the health sector: with staff, customers, electorates and the wider public. As such, MES can also be found working with the corporate sector, associations, institutions, trade unions and local authorities.
Central to our approach is to provide outstanding service and to exceed our clients’ expectations. These priorities have been fundamental to our growth and development since MES started. We want to be the best partner to our clients that we possibly can.
