National Paralegal College is a training arm of the National Association of Licensed Paralegals and the trading name of NALP Trading Company Limited.
In addition to its CPD courses, it also offers three levels of Ofqual-certified courses in Paralegal Practice and Paralegal Studies.
Established in 1987, the National Association of Licensed Paralegals is the only Paralegal membership body that is recognised as an awarding body by Ofqual, England's regulator for legal qualifications. NALP strives to ensure that its members are recognised as a key part of the legal profession by the quality of its qualifications and professional development.
Accredited Activities:
Practical Paralegal Skills: This four-part distance learning course is designed to provide practical training in the skills necessary for working in the legal services profession and give insight into the nature of this work. Professional Legal Skills, Negotiation: This distance learning course provides attendees with training in the various kinds of negotiation encountered in Paralegal work. Its aim is to give a practical understanding of how negotiations occur and how to conduct different types of negotiations. The course material covers Planning, Ethics, Process, Criminal Proceedings, Conveyancing Transactions, and more.
