Skills Academi is our response to the COVID-19 pandemic when face to face learning because impossible. Skills Acadmi’s parent Company is a very successful and well-respected UK employment agency supplying high-quality Care, Nursing and auxiliary staff to the healthcare industry for the past 8 years.

The employment business recruits, trains and supplies 100s of agency staff every year and most of those training were either provided in-house or through third-party training providers. As the pandemic hit, and our Clients required more and more healthcare professionals to help them keep their residents and patients safe, it became necessary to carry on the learning online.

However, the providers we initially used were not found to be adequate to meet our exacting standards. Therefore, we decided to move our own in-house training online. Skills Academi, therefore, aims to provide outstanding training to healthcare professionals online which would have the same effect as face-to-face learning.
