Our vision at #TeamADL is ‘everyone thriving in education, employment and life”.  Fundamentally we work in two sectors education and employment.

Our work in education is focussed on developing staff, driving and implementing change and capacity building.  We work with all staff in schools, multi-academy trusts, federations, independent schools and local authorities. Our focus is special educational needs, disability and inclusion for all. We deliver training, coaching and consultancy services.

In the employment sector we enable the hardest to help into paid employment and beyond.  This includes us working with employers and individuals with a disability or learning difficulty, as well as care leavers.
