Lisa Cresswell of Aslan Coaching is a qualified coach and trainer based in Ireland.
A coach since 2016, she works with executives and business owners to build their leadership skills, confidence and resilience. Her unique mix of qualifications (Coach, Trainer, Nurse, Midwife, Certified Just Culture Champion) are of particular benefit to managers in safety-critical or risk-averse sectors.
Her REAL Leadership Programme helps participants become Resilient, Empathetic, Anchored Leaders.
In 1:1 coaching Lisa uses various coaching models, with a focus on building ‘Quiet Leadership’ i.e. her clients develop the confidence and skills to be fair, compassionate, emotionally stable and effective leaders.
