How comfortable are you in telling your story? Perhaps you feel that your story isn’t that special or that you don’t have a story worth sharing. On the other hand, you may have your personal and business narrative all scripted out but struggle to present it to an audience.
Business leaders and great speakers alike need to be able to share their ideas and stories in the best possible way to connect with their audience and create that experience where they will be remembered. This is often achieved by sharing narratives of history and future dreams, articulating lessons learnt or complex ideas.
Storytelling is not about reading a story to a child. It is so much more. It is hard-wired into us as human beings and how we have survived for thousands of years. It should therefore be no surprise that a story well thought out and told, is so incredibly powerful.
The good news is that through the process of understanding of ourselves and applying and practicing techniques that work, we can become more authentic, engaging and confident speakers.
Andrew Coppin worked for over 20 years in a variety of technology and financial services companies, including Sony and JPMorgan and identified a need for enhanced public speaking training that was more practical and interactive.
He has designed a CPD accredited programme, that provides tools to build and strengthen personal or work relationships, whether it is with an investor, client or staff member. Let Andrew introduce you to think creatively in your communication, try and apply new techniques and ultimately help you to connect with your listener.
Your story matters and it is possible to find and tell your story.

Many workers do not feel prepared to work in a digital-first world. This, along with the Great Resignation in a post-pandemic era means that building competencies around data literacy is absolutely critical in 2022.
While some training solutions aim to build specialist Data Science competencies that are accessible to a select few, there is a way to empower ALL people to contribute to the data story, and better compete with enriched data knowledge.
Join Anu Bishen (Senior Account Manager) and Mark Henderson (CEO of Kubicle) as they discuss the value of having a deeply-ingrained data culture in the workplace – and equally, the costs associated with poor data literacy within the corporate ranks.
Kubicle is an online training platform that offers the most in-demand data analysis skills. This is done through online lessons taught in a microlearning format to ensure efficiency and autonomy for learners. Our goal is to close the data literacy gap for individuals and encourage employee efficiency in a world that is increasingly reliant on data analysis to complete every day tasks.
