Event Details

How as a leader can we flex our communication style with our people to help build trust, create understanding and speak their language in all interactions?

This session will help us identify our own style, how we communicate, how we behave and how we can come across when the pressure is on! It will also allow us to recognise others’ styles which will help us flex to gain the best out of the interactions.

We will also take a peek at what we value about the styles and what the friction points could be.

If we as leaders want to develop deeper, long-lasting trusting relationships which will help us create more cohesive teams, come along to the mini session, complete the mini questionnaire and let’s see what insight you could gain from flexing your communication style.
