Event Details

We have heard many times that we are living in unprecedented times and that really means we are living in uncertain times and un-practised times also. Humans love to know where they stand, so uncertainty isn’t received well. In its extreme uncertainty can be traumatising.
This presentation outlines why uncertainty creates trauma and how to help one’s self and others who face longer-term difficulties.

The aim of the presentation is to shine a light on uncertainty; turn the dial down on anxiety by understanding it and formulating the next steps when the future isn’t clear.

Anna has 26 years of experience in psychotherapy, consultancy and training. She is known to make difficult subjects easily understood and brings humour to tough topics.
