Our training consultancy business was one of the first to achieve CPD Standards Office accreditation. Our programmes are always custom built for in-house delivery for our clients, and include blended combinations of e-learning, self-study, classroom or virtual delivery as well as formal assessment and validation. The CPDSO accreditation standards recognised this and their approach was to accredit our design and delivery methodologies to ensure they met their standards. This meant very different programmes for very different clients could be accredited so we could meet our clients’ needs, however different they were.
Having our consultancy, design and delivery approach accredited by an independent third party gives great assurance to our clients, both at the company level as well as the individuals who attend our training. We do a lot of education for professional specialists in sectors like banking, legal, insurance and investments who are all keen to ensure our training will be accepted as CPD by their professional bodies.
We have found the CPDSO to be exactly the combination of flexibility, high standards and professionalism coupled with a real understanding of how to achieve great outcomes for clients that we expect from ourselves and our people.
